This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of BEANZ LIFESTYLE LIMITED Service.
BEANZ LIFESTYLE LIMITED online shopping gives customers convenient, quick, easy, and secure shopping.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).
Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online Visa and MasterCard transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment. BEANZ LIFESTYLE LIMITED does not hold onto cardholder information.
Orders can only be placed with BEANZ LIFESTYLE LIMITED by persons with capacity to contract who are over the age of 18.
All prices in the online shop are represented in New Zealand or Australian dollars. All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.
Pricing includes New Zealand GST of 15% and Australian GST of 10%
Credit card transactions are processed in New Zealand or Australia . Some banks may charge an overseas transaction fee and/or foreign currency exchange fee for purchases outside of New Zealand and Australia. BEANZ LIFESTYLE LIMITED will appear on cardholder's statement.

- Liability: Where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply Beanz Lifestyle Ltd shall:
(a) Have no liability in relation to the Goods unless:
- i) a claim for the supply of incorrect (as to quality or type), damaged or defective goods is made in writing by the Customer within 14 days of dispatch of those goods from Beanz Lifestyle Ltd premises: and
- ii) the Customer establishes to Beanz Lifestyle Ltd satisfaction that Naturally Pet Ltd is responsible for such
incorrect, damaged or defective goods and the Customer provides such written explanations or other information as Beanz Lifestyle Ltd may require in relation thereto: and
iii) the Customer shall at its expense, if required by Beanz Lifestyle Ltd, return the Goods to Beanz Lifestyle Ltd Supplies premises or as Beanz Lifestyle Ltd may direct;
(b) Have no liability for any incorrect, defective or damaged goods in excess of the value of the Goods at time of supply:
(c) Not be liable (whether in contact or tort, including negligence) for any instructions, advice, or information given or provided to any person in relation to the Goods or otherwise: and
(d) Not be liable for any special or consequential loss, damage or injury of any kind whether arising from negligence of Beanz Lifestyle Ltd, its servants agents or contractors or otherwise (“consequential loss” includes loss of use of goods, income or profits).
Where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply and is not excluded by clause 13, Beanz Lifestyle Ltd liability to the Customer shall not exceed that determined by reference to the provisions of that Act.
